We find players through our extensive network of basketball coaches, scouts, and enthusiasts who see players through events, tournaments, school games, showcases, and on social media. Getting nominated is the first part because our vetting process helps us find the right fit with a player.

We are a private company that was formed by a group of parents, investors, and coaches that felt there were too many opportunities to play basketball in Europe and experience its culture for students to pass us. Our Selection Committee extends invitations only to those we feel would be great representatives of America
